Cancellation Policy
Booking, Changes and Cancellations We understand that plans can change, so here's how rescheduling and cancellations work for Xero Hero Training sessions. Rescheduling or cancelling your booking If you need to change or cancel a session, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. We'll do our best to find you a new slot at no extra cost. Late changes and cancellations If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged. This helps us cover the time set aside for your session, which we're often unable to offer to another client at short notice. No-shows If you don't attend a session and haven't let us know in advance, the full session fee will be charged and the session will not be rescheduled. Changes made by us On the rare occasion we need to reschedule a session, we'll give you as much notice as possible and offer you a new time that works for you, at no extra cost.
